To conduct financial, operational and business review of the Group’s investment in non-property portfolio businesses
Reporting to Vice President of Human Resources, you will lead an account servicing team to deliver an expert, legally sound and effective organizational & staffing services to support the business growth and change primarily in Hong Kong and the PRC.

The Group C&B Director (Asia) is responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of competitive and cost-effective compensation strategy, benefits programs and C&B practices for Asia.
To manage funding applications and implementation of strategic projects end to end, including but not limited to due diligence, assessment and research, Committee paper writing, project implementation and related event management
Direct and manage key projects relating to finance to identify threats/ concerns and opportunities to the company’s financial performance and cost effectiveness, leveraged on market intelligence review, financial analysis and impact assessment.
